Will began cooking in restaurants at the age of 17, and has since worked in kitchens from Martha Stewart’s test kitchen, to the Michelin award winning Dirt Candy. He grew up on his mom’s Sunday sauce, and has had a lifelong passion for Italian and Italian-American cuisine. He loves a bodega sandwich with a glass of champagne and his food reflects that; simple yet lavish all at once. His inspired menu is available every Wednesday-Sunday through the end of October.
